The Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low “Stars - Barkroot Brown” is a collaboration between the New York City based streetwear brand and Nike SB that puts a premium spin on the popular skate shoe
One of four colorways released in March 2021, the “Stars - Barkroot Brown” mimics the unique styling of Supreme and Nike SB’s second-ever collaboration from 2003
Like the “OG” collection, the modern release features faux crocodile-texture leather panels on the forefoot, eyelets, collar, heel, and Swoosh. A crisp white base on the perforated toe and on the mid-panel and collar allows the for the croc-textured panels to attract attention
Additionally, the metallic gold “stars” motif printed on either side of the shoe is reminiscent of the look of the original “Stars” colorway designed by Supreme
A metallic gold Supreme emblem sits on the black laces of the white mesh tongue and a gold embroidered Nike logo is stitched onto the back of the shoe. Release date: March 4, 2021
The Nike SB Dunk Low “Rayguns - Black” is a redesigned colorway that brings back the classic SB Dunk that released back in 2005. The black "Rayguns" SB Dunk is part of a “home/away” pack released in December 2019 that reproduces the original black and white colorways, but with a tie-dye treatment across the upper. The 2019 pack is a tribute to the late Sandy Bodecker, the Nike executive responsible for the rise of Nike SB in the early 2000s. Bodecker often wore a tie-dye Rayguns hoodie, which is the inspiration for the bringback of the "Rayguns" Dunks in his honor. This colorway features a black premium leather base with orange and yellow tie-dye accents. A green embroidered Raygun character can be found on the lower portion of the upper near the midsole. The Nike SB Dunk Low “Rayguns 2019 - Black” was released on December 27, 2019.
