Built with smooth, durable, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that will stand up to the high-volume commercial kitchen environment, retain an attractive finish, and is easy to clean. The double-pane tempered glass food guard gives you the option to use this as a self-serve salad bar or sandwich station while keeping the products protected. Includes eight removable stainless steel 1/3 food pans that have a capacity of 6.1 qt. each. This unit can also accommodate 16 smaller 1/6 food pans.
