It's night time in Osaka. The streets are wet from evening showers. It's chilly but the windows are down so you can smell the blossoms from the passing park. You sit at a red light and eye the car next to you. You can hear the gurgle of your engine as you up the revs -- like a giant prehistoric robot rising up to destroy cities. You've been building and tuning your japanese domestic market car for years. It's right-hand drive which makes it even more rare. When the light turns green, you pop the clutch and you're off like a rocket. Your shift kit pulses and you fly through your gears, each one seemingly endless. The city is a blur as you drift around corners. Your phone is buzzing and glowing in the passenger seat. You look down at your JDM inspired case design under the passing streetlights and a calm comes over you. This is peak Japan.
