This easy to use and economical soft serve ice cream mix is designed for use in commercial soft serve ice cream machines. Just mix with water and add to your machine. One 3.2 lb bag will yield approximately 41 servings of ½ cup (87g) size based on a 35% soft serve overrun. A full case will yield approximately 123 servings.
