This stainless steel board (nor any steel alloy) does not produce a magnetic field itself. However, they give the perfect surface area for all types of magnets to attract to since they are of the ferromagnetic metals and alloy classification. Magnetic strength and attraction depends on the size, grade, and type of magnets as well as the surface area, thickness, and type of metal/alloy surface. These stainless steel plates are 1mm in thickness, which is sufficient holding power to your magnets.

These surface plates are great for holding your magnetic spice jars and all sorts of other magnets. They can be used to help protect delicate surfaces from scratch damages like your refrigerators. They can be mounted into cabinets and surface walls that is not magnetic. They can also be used as a bulletin board in your office. Four convenient drill holes on each corner for easy wall installation. If you don't want holes in your walls, alternatively you can use a double sided ahesive sticker to mount to a flat surface. (Warning: strong double sided ahsive could damage sensitive walls or paint)

These stainless steel boards will come with a blue protective film on both sides to protect from shipping damages. Please peel and remove them to reveal the stainless steel layer beneath. You can also keep them as is to protect from scratches.

CMS MAGNETICS stainless steel plate to mount onto walls or other flat surfaces. This steel plate does not produce magnetic properties but will attract other magnetic objects. The plates have four screwn holes for direct drill mounting to a wall or other flat surfaces. Alternative mounting options are 3M double sided ahesive stickers. Be careful with using these ahesive stickers as they are very strong and could damage some walls or paint. These plates comes the following sizes: 6x8" 10x12" 12x15" 14x14" 20x10"
