The 2 in 1 device is double-ended for maximum convenience. The "cutting end" side is a cutter, which can cut plastic bags effortlessly, and the “heating end” side is the bag sealer, which applies heat to bond the plastic and seals it completely, leaving it airtight to protect your food from moisture. Before using the sealer, install 2 of the included AA batteries, and then press down the heating end for 3-5 seconds to warm up. Then, simply slide it along the edge of any bag to seal it. For a stronger seal, you can repeat this step several times, ensuring your food will be kept fresh. After using, attach the hook and the device will power off automatically to preserve battery life.
