Heirloom French pole beans/Romano pole beans - Helda pole beans (Hilda). Roma Pole Beans have flat beans with 10-12″ pods; AKA青扁豆,刀豆,芸豆 - Romano Type. Heirloom, Phaseolus vulgaris. 60 days. Non-GMO. Open pollinated. Warm season annual. Helda is an early maturing Romano bean type. Pods are flat and long growing 10-12" long, 1" wide with nice bright green color. Beans are string-less and tender. The plants are vigorous and strong. Grows 6–8 feet tall. it will need a pole or a trellis for support. If the plant outgrows the support, just nip off the tips. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil.
