Feel Free to reach-out anytime and you'll likely be chatting with me, David, A real-life Fifth-Generation Plumber. I would like to hear and answer all of your Anode questions before, and after installation. We created every aspect of our product and are particularly proud of our instructions. (Forgive the grammar : ) You may see our instructions pasted throughout the industry so we’re doing something right.

  • GET RID OF THE EMBARRASSING ROTTEN EGG SMELL IN YOUR RV! Upgrade to our Aluminum / Zinc Anode Rod Kit! The factory-installed Magnesium anode inside your RV water tank is reacting and is often the source of your smelly, hydrogen sulfide gas. Our RV Kits use OUR Famous Aluminum/Zinc Alloy, instead of magnesium. Perhaps you've seen other's "versions" by now. Don't be thrown. Our TIme-Tested alloy has worked everyday, reducing or eliminating embarrassing rotten egg odors at their source.

  • TWO-PACK WITH LARGE ROLL OF TEFLON TAPE Includes our step-by-step installation guide that is both fun and simple to follow. All you need is a few simple, hand tools, a friend, and your favorite beverage!

  • LONG-LASTING 3/4" ROD DIAMETER! About Fluid MICHIGAN's Aluminum / Zinc Replacement RV Anode Rods Are 3/4 " nominal dimension instead of 1/2" as many offer.

  • FULL-ROLL OF TEFLON TAPE is critical for any install and we provide a FULL-ROLL instead of the silly thimbles others offer. There’s a reason or two why, but I suppose I don't have to explain them to you : )

About RV Rotten Egg Odor Fix, Aluminum/Zinc Anode Rod For

1. GET RID OF THE SOURCE OF YOUR RV’S ROTTEN EGG HOT WATER ODOR Replace the factory-installed, rotten egg odor causing, magnesium anode rod inside your RV’s hot water tank with our About Fluid, Aluminum / Zinc RV Anode Rod! We created an RV-Specific anode rod made from our Aluminum/Zinc Alloy, instead of magnesium. This unique alloy works everyday, reducing or eliminating embarrassing rotten egg smelling hot water. 2. EASY-TO-FOLLOW, STEP-BY-STEP PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS. Our Mechanics and Plumbers documented every step that we’ve added to our manual, conveniently printed on the back of each package. Written by Mechanics and Plumbers, then translated for everyday DIY problem-solvers like you! 3. BE CERTAIN YOU WON’T HAVE ANY LEAKS by using the INCLUDED Full Roll of Pipe Sealing Teflon Tape, leaving plenty left over for the next time you check your anode rod’s condition. Suburban and More-Flo’ recommends inspecting or replacing your RV”s anode rod every year. If you are concerned about the water sources we often have to tap into, check it far more frequently (It only takes a few minutes) 4. FITS; Suburban, More-Flo and any RV Water Heater that uses the standard ¾” NPT anode rod port. Direct replacement for all Suburban and Mor-Flo 6 Gallon RV water heater anode rods (Including Suburban 232767, 233514). Requires a 1-1/16” socket, socket extension and ratchet for easy Step-By-Step installation. The over-all length is 9.25 inches. 5. SAVE YOUR TANK AND SAVE THE COST OF A MECHANIC, SHOP AND NEW WATER HEATER. Replaceable anode rods will decay instead of your Water Heater’s Tank itself. Eventually, the anode rod is completely consumed (usually just before your water heater warranty is up) and the Water Heater’s Tank begins to decay and ultimately rusts, fails, cracks, leaks then bursts under heat and pressure. Annually checking / replacing your RV water heater anode rod insures the anode rod decays, and not your water heater!
