HALVA comes from the Arabic word for ‘sweet’. It’s a confection made from tahini (sesame seeds) and cane sugar. Halva has a flaky, melt-in-your mouth texture. Halva is eaten on its own (like fudge) or used for baking (cookies, brownies) or eaten as part of a shared cheese board/dessert platter. The Halva Trio contains 3 8oz pieces of halva in the flavors Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt, Pistachio and Raspberry.
