That's why our Maple Big Stick Elite bats are marked with the Pro Ink Dot. This rigorous test required by the MLB ensures only the finest straight-grain, hard maple is used. As a result, you get a bat with enhanced durability and performance features. This Maple bat was carved in our CS5 profile, popular for its long taper and barrel. This profile promotes a balanced feel and faster swing speeds. In addition, it features a cupped end which allows for more balance too. The 29/32" handle on this maple wood bat also gives you more comfort and better control. The gold 'Oval-R' and accents add the perfect touch of style to the red wine handle and whitewash barrel as well.
