Our premium sanding sponges are perfect for flat surfaces and yet flexible enough to be used effectively on curved surfaces like mouldings. They are high-performing with a durable aluminum oxide abrasive that will quickly sand down without the sponge falling apart after a couple of uses. Go through the grits starting from 60 grit through to 320 grit. Grit guide: 60 grit - removal of previous finishes, stripping of wood 80-120 grit - moderate surface finishing, primary sanding 180 grit – light surface finishing 220 grit - light sanding between coats 320 grit – between coats of paint and varnish Use our sanding sponges instead of sandpaper for a much comfortable experience. The sanding sponges can be completely soaked in water for wet sanding and can be used on drywall and metal.
