How to Get Dual Monitor Display and Keyboard & Mouse Work Make sure to connect both DP and HDMI port from each computer to the KVM Switch . Make sure the USB of Cable A /B is plugged into each computer and KVM switch. Scenario 1: Standard wired or wireless 104-key keyboard and 3-button mouse. Plug them into the port indicated for " keyboard and mouse" respectively. Wireless adapter goes to USB 2.0 port (could not support hot keys on the keyboard switching the input sources ) Scenario 2: Gaming, multi-media, mechanical, optical keyboard and mouse that are not well supported .
