It can also be used for extra padding when standing by the kitchen sink, working in a salon, support for older dogs or cats or use beneath tents and sleeping bags while outdoor camping. We Sell Mats floor tiles are lead-free, latex-free and phthalate-free, providing a non-toxic floor padding solution for added cushion and peace of mind in playrooms for infants, toddlers and kids of all ages. What You Get with Each Order Each tile comes with 2 border pieces—a straight edge and a corner edge. Depending on the size of the surface, the borders can be easily removed and attached to other mats of the same style. There will be enough borders to accommodate a standard rectangular assembly (For example: 6 tiles in a 2x3 assembly, 12 tiles in a 3x4 assembly). Note: If you’re building a long walkway or runway that is one tile wide, you will likely run out of straight border pieces. Since the borders are packaged with the tiles themselves the only way to get additional border pieces is to order more tiles. Our Recommendations We Sell Mats Multipurpose foam tiles are intended for indoor use only and not recommended for use over carpet. Although the flooring will not retain shoe imprints, high heels will leave permanent punctures. While these are intended for light bodyweight workouts at home, it’s not designed to serve as padding for heavy equipment in professional grade gyms. If using for vigorous exercise, use floor tape to ensure secure placement. Color shades may vary slightly between each tile.
