For the beginning belt that is looking to improve their strength, a re-breakable board is the propel tool for you. The re-brekable board is padded on both sides for better protection when in use, the double locking hoops make it possible to re-break this board over and over again without losing resistance. Each color represents a different difficult level, red being the lowest level of difficulty and black being the highest level of difficulty which is equivalent resistance to a 1" pine board. Warning!: Deluxe Black's difficulty is equivalent resistance to three 1" pine board. It is recommended for side and back kick practice without holding multiple boards.
