Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer is a high performance engineered bonding aid formulated to improve the adhesion of Liquid Rubber membranes to a variety of substrates. Our Multi-Purpose Primer is a single component composition suitable for easy and safe application to numerous surfaces including concrete, wood, and high-density polyethylene by means of brush, rollers, or spray equipment.Application:Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer may be applied as a single component system using either manual or spray application methods. Manual application can be carried out using a conventional brush or roller equipment, or alternatively, the product may be sprayed using a delivery system and nozzle appropriate for the viscosity of the material.The recommended coating thickness is between 4-5 mils DFT (.01 mm). For best results, the Multi-Purpose Primer should be applied to a dry surface that is free of dirt, debris, oil, silicone, and grease. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours.Drying TimeCuring time will vary depending on the temperature and relative humidity. Typically, Multi Purpose Primer will be dry to the touch and ready for top coating within 1-2 hours at 20 degrees Celsius (68 F)
