About Pillow Insert 36" X 36" Polyester Filled Standard
Our polyester filled standard cover pillow inserts are manufactured in our Toronto, Canada facility filled by hand, and we take pride in our staff's ability to fill each pillow to its ideal weight. These insert are filled with 100% brand-new polyester fibers that are processed with our special machinery so that the fibers can reach their full loft potential, thus ensuring maximum stuffing fluffiness. Each and every pillow insert is inspected and weighed before shipping in an effort to minimize flaws and defects. Our factory foreman supervises all of the production, and he ensures that all of our quality control procedures are meticulously followed. This means that our standard cover polyester filled pillow and bolster inserts can be used as outdoor pillows when paired with a waterproof pillow cover. We typically recommend that the insert should be 1"-2" larger than your pillow cover. Our general rule of thumb is for pillow covers 17" and smaller buy an insert 1" larger, for covers 18" and larger, buy an insert that is 2" larger.
