The inov-8® F-Lite™ 245 cross-training shoe is a lightweight and flexible training shoe packed with performance technology that keeps you comfortable and protected throughout your workout routine. Shoe Fit Scale: Grade 4. • inov-8® shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold. • Graded on a scale of 1-5, Grade 1 represents the closest, most precise fit. Grade 5 has the widest fitting toe box. Drop: 3mm. Footbed: 3mm. Midsole Stack: 9mm / 6mm. Fully-engineered knit upper provides specifically designed zones for unrestricted flexibility and enhanced breathability. EXTEROFLOW™ midsole reduces shock impact and delivers high levels of underfoot cushioning. Lace-up closure. Protective rubber toe cap. Padded tongue and collar.
