Nitrile rubber (NBR) o-rings, also known as Buna-N, are one of the most commonly used sealing elastomers due to resistance to petroleum-based fuels and lubricants, and its relatively low price. Nitrile (Buna) provides excellent compression set, tear, and abrasion resistance - making these Nitrile o-rings extremely durable and long-lasting. The 70A Durometer Nitrile o-ring has a round cross-section and can be used across a wide temperature range (-35°C /-31°F to 120°C/248°F). The durometer hardness of this Buna-N o-ring is 70A.
