【野生幹海參泡發方法】 海參沖洗乾淨，加過濾水放冰箱冷藏泡三天，（腰參小號和迷你泡兩天即可）每12小時換水，第四天打開肚子清理，沙嘴清理乾淨，把海參內筋挑斷或取出來後把海參放進電鍋煮，（海參筋可以炒雞蛋，營養豐富！ ）水開後關電源，蓋蓋子燜5-12小時，檢查軟硬然後水倒掉：換水（過濾水），如果沒有軟的繼續重複燜煮，軟的換水加冰塊在冰箱冷藏冰發三天，期間24小時換一次水。 【海參泡發強調注意事項】 1、容器一定要大，水要多，通常一次可泡一磅左右（因人而異）。 2、泡發過程請用過濾水、純淨水或礦泉水，不要用自來水。 3、全程一定不能沾油，切記！ 4、在泡發過程中，因為參體大小會略有差異，燜煮中變軟的時間程度不一，檢查有已經煮軟的可以先取出來冰發，沒軟的繼續重複燜煮，勤檢查（避免軟的煮爛） 【泡發後儲藏小貼士】 可以一次性多發些 ，泡發好的海參用保鮮膜挨個包好一次的量，放冰箱冷凍層保存。 每次要吃的時候取出一份解凍後烹飪.
