Best-In-Class The PT09 and PT09C are professional food thermometers developed from best-selling Javelin thermometer. This fixed-probe, top-of-the-line instrument has a choice of a 4.5" or 3" probe that features half inch depth markers so that you can accurately pinpoint the center of your food. Display of Progress Using a large 1.4" ambidextrous backlit display, the PT18 series can display spectacularly clear and bright readouts for both right and left handers. A simple hold of a button will switch the display left or right and it will stay that way even after you switched off your thermometer. Intelligent Design The PT18 series maintains an outwardly simple and familiar appearance, but under the hood is an intelligent software that offers of variety of features including backlight, temperature hold, temperature alarm, MIN/MAX, °C and °F configuration, and ambidextrous confirmation.
