Select the parameter value you need on the option of Red, Green and Blue to debug a color you want. The Parameter Range is from 0 to 127. 3. Click on the button, "Sent to Instrument", to send the parameter you have changed to this MIDI. Finally, click on OK. As for "sometimes they don't light up", it may because the usb cable not connecting well.
