CS Unitec's 1B heavy-duty inline corrosion inhibitor, needle scaler operates at 3800 blows per minute with low air consumption - requires only 3 CFM at 90 PSI. Its performance has been proven in the harshest environments on ships and rigs throughout the world. The inline handle provides comfortable operation. The 1B needle gun features an oversized piston with a longer stroke and a heavy-duty hardened anvil. Includes 12 long-lasting chisel-tip needles, 3mm dia. each and 6 needle replacement sets (72 total needles). Service kit includes 1B 3mm needle holder, 12 qty. 3mm chisel tip needles, 1B anvil, 1B piston, valve stem, 1B spring return, spring valve, throttle lever, o-ring square section w/seat, o-ring valve cap (10.8x1.78), o-ring (28.3x1.78) and spring pin (1/8""x1"" long).
