All decals are die-cut and manufactured in the United States with Oracal or Avery-Dennison high-performance vinyl suited for outdoor or indoor use. The decal is three layers; the bottom layer is paper backing, the middle is the vinyl design, and the upper layer is application tape. Funny parody decals/stickers apply similarly to a temporary tattoo in temperatures ranging from 50°F/10°C - 90°F/32°C.
