XS-327 is a water based polyurethane sealer designed for application over concrete surfaces like concrete countertops, cement based terrazzo, and fiber reinforced concrete. XS-327 surpasses the abrasion resistance of most solvent-based sealers, while providing the safety of a non-flammable, low VOC water based concrete sealer.
