Concord Cookware Stock Pot with Basket and Lid This large stock pot can hold a capacity of 100 Quart ( 25 Gallons ). The big size makes this pot suitable for all types of parties and events. This stock pot is also an essential restaurant equipment. This stock pot includes a strainer basket which stands 1.5” above the bottom of the pot, making it work as a boiling pot, deep fryer, and steamer pot. Works great to steam seafood such as shrimp, crawfish, lobster or crab legs. Leaving the shells on when steaming, gives them a little insulation from the direct heat. Steaming will let them cook a bit slower, which results in a tastier and more tender meat. As a deep frying pot, it has enough space for chicken, duck and turkey. Just take the straining basket out of pot when ready. For outdoor camping or beach parties, simply put the pot on a burner and it is good to go. Host gatherings of all sizes with delicious food.
