[QUALITY MATERIALS] The Giuliani DN-5 has a 5-piece mahogany neck with ebony stringers and a satin finish, a solid Canadian cedar top that gives the instrument a richness of sound, and beautiful laminated mahogany back and sides. Fretboard and bridge are solid rosewood. Nut and compensated saddle are real bone. The DN-5 also features mother-of-pearl and abalone inlays and has pre-installed strap buttons at base and neck heel. Scale length is 25.5".

The inside of the body is constructed with x-bracing to ensure a sturdy and responsive instrument, and notched kerfing to keep the body light.
