BOTTOM rollers are included in the kit.The position and angle to install the bottom roller can be adjusted to your most comfortable and satisfactory. It can even make up for the little shortness of the ladder (just to install the bottom roller lower). You could remove the bottom roller if you think it is dangerous to have rollers on both ends.
