This one way window film has sun block effect. Help saving energy costs, meanwhile protect your furniture, flooring and artwork from fading. The anti-glare effect of HIDBEA window film is more obvious. It’s thicker, insulates better and lasts longer. The film provides most privacy at daytime. It’s static-cling and easily removable without any residue. Applicable to any smooth or flat glass surface, like window, sliding door, etc. Specification material: vinyl, no glue length: 98.4"; Width: 35.4"Thickness: 6MilIR rejection: 90% UV rejection: 85% VLT: 15% Note: 1. One-way daytime privacy depends on the light intensity. In general, people inside can see through the glass window tint, while people outside can’t see people inside during daytime due to the strong sunlight outside; when indoor light is stronger than outdoor at nighttime, people outside can see people inside. Remember to draw curtain during night. 2. Different effect between daytime and night: the outside glass will show a mirror effect and keep your privacy only during daytime. 3. Mirror effect: the mirror effect we said means it has a slightly reflective effect, not totally like a mirror. Installation guide: 1. Cut the pieces of film so they measure about 1/2" larger than the window panes being covered. 2. Peel off the transparent back side of the film. 3. Generously spray enough water/dish washing liquid mix with water onto the window surface. The water makes it easier to position the film and helps hold it on the window. 4. Apply from top to Bottom, for large size window, two people is recommended. 5. Use squeegee cover with transparent back sheet or soft cloth/tissue (to avoid scratches) to push the Bubbles out. We have installation kit for sale. 6. Trim the extra film. Tips:1. Newspaper or waste paper is ideal to remove tiny spots on window surface, these spots will create bubbles on your finishing. 2. Generously spray dish washing liquid water onto the exposed back side of the film makes the separation easier. 3. Be sure the window is dripping wet, if it becomes dry, rewet it completely before applying film. 4. Apply in early morning or late evening when the glass is cooler to avoid bubbles/spots.5. Please make sure to leave 2mm (0.08 inches) gap between the film and the window frame since there are sealant glue or painting residue left on the corner. When heat expands, the film will easily fell off.
