If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Retweet the Amazon Video Games Twitter post dated October 16, 2018 mentioning this Sweepstakes. The Amazon Video Games Twitter post must remain retweeted throughout the entire Entry Period. Following the Amazon Video Games Twitter account and retweeting the specific Amazon Video Games Twitter post are collectively referred to as the “Entry.” You must have a public Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Lex Luther statue. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,000.00. Winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Sponsor in order to claim the prize. Prize Drawing. Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 31, 2018, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
