The Winco Prime BHON-15 basting spoon has a handle length of 15" making it ideal for serving up food in restaurant kitchens or for catering and buffet service. The cool touch plastic handle features a stop hook notch that prevents the serving spoon from sliding into food pans. The solid design allows this serving spoon to hold onto juices and sauces ideal for serving a variety of foods. This commercial-grade basting spoon is made from 1.2mm thick stainless steel ensuring it is designed to withstand daily use in a commercial foodservice environment.
