The ColorFlare is partially transparent and comes with five ColorTint rings and silicone masks, which can be used to create custom analog flare effects under nearly any lighting conditions.The translucent ring on the ColorFlare adapter allows light to enter the adapter and create natural light leak effects under most lighting conditions. Depending on the orientation of the light source and distance to the adapter, you can create a variety of light leak effects from total blowout to a slicing flare. Flare can be controlled by using your hand or another method to block the light coming through the holes in the black silicone mask. Using a pen light or small flashlight will give you even more control over the orientation and strength of your flare effects.The ColorFlare adapters are designed with precision tolerance that creates a solid, gap free, no play, no wiggle connection with no adjustments needed.
