Lasers can not directly engrave pure steel, so Laser engraved knives must be treated first with a chemical before "marking". The resulting "marking" by a laser is flat, and black, and will wear off with time. Our engraving is etched directly into the steel, creating a everlasting heirloom, with your choice of text. There are 3 possible Engraving locations - Front, Back, and Bolster. No kitchen should be without this manual food processor. It is the most essential of all knives used in the kitchen.
