Available Pendant Sizes: 12mm (mini), 15mm (small), 19mm (standard regular size)The 15mm small pendant is the only size available to be purchased without a chain. The inscription on the medal states a prayer,"Regina sine labe originali concepta O.P.N.", which means "Queen conceived without original sin, pray for us."The back side of the medal is the letter "M" for Saint Mary below a cross that symbolizes Jesus Christ, surrounded by a crown of twelve stars, and with the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart next to each other.
