Bull Ring Model 4098 Fitment Guide:: 1988-1998 Chevy Silverado C/K Series Trucks, 1988-1998 GMC Sierra Trucks Not compatible with Step Side Beds Installation: Installation is quick and easy and requires nothing more than a Phillips head screwdriver. Remove any plastic cap that covers the stake pocket. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the two screws in the anchor, so that the steel plate drops down. Place the anchor into the stake pocket at an angle. Pull the anchor ring up, so that the steel plate catches on the metal rail cap below and tighten down the Phillips screws until they are hand tight.
