If you look closely at the surface of the pan, you'll find that the surface is comprised of iron micro-globuals, a technological improvement invented in-house to ensure that the seasoning on your pan adheres easily and quickly. We've used the same design care in selecting and manufacturing a protective mitt for the pan, ensuring that our nylon based cloth handles are comfortable to hold, easy to slide-on and slide-off, and are extremely protective for your skin.
