Use this coloured cocoa butter to decorate or highlight chocolates by brushing it into moulds before filling; brush or stencil it on solid surfaces such as chocolates, fondant-covered cakes or cookies; or spray it from an airbrush onto chocolates, cakes, cupcakes, or sugar decorations. 56 gram/2 fluid ounce container Size: 2 oz Colour/Pattern: Pirate black Product of Canada Ingredients: Cocoa butter and one or more of the following FD&C Lakes or dyes: blue 1, blue 2, red 3, red 40, yellow 5, yellow 6, and/or TiO2 Health Canada and US FDA approved Warm in increments to 95°F/35C; shake well; may need to be retempered NOTE: Due to the nature of this product, the cocoa butter may melt during shipping
