We use an authentic all-corn reciipe from Mexico, and bake these gluten-free tortillas fresh for you, every day. These are not frozen. You will love using them in all your favorite dishes, such as burritos, quesadillas, tacos and chilaquiles. Cut them into trianglse and fry them to make your own fresh tortilla chips. Add salt as desired to your taste. Use them instead of pizza dough, spread tomato sauce and cheese on a tortilla and bake until hot and cheese is melted.
