It’s never too early to teach children about the importance of kindness. Really Good Stuff Acts of Kindness Double Cup Management System encourages students to perform “random” acts of kindness. With 30 unique, simple actions that can be performed by an individual student or the entire class, you can teach kindness to Pre-K through 3rd grade students in an easy-to-understand way. This is a great activity to set the tone at the beginning of the year. Easy to use, simply pull a stick from the box and have one student or the whole class perform the act of kindness printed on it. Place it in the inner cup so you won’t grab it again until all other sticks have been chosen. Use daily, weekly, or as you see fit. Sticks include “help someone at home with a task, ” “ask someone how he or she is feeling, ” “say good morning to six or more people, ” and “hold the door for someone, ” in addition to many more thoughtful acts.
