BARTON Apple Watch adapters fit any 38mm, 40mm, 42mm or 44mm Apple Watch, Apple Watch 2, Apple Watch 3 or Apple Watch 4. Perfect for any of BARTON's 22mm quick release straps or any other watch band designed for a 22mm lug width. EASY INSTALLATION: Connect any 22mm band to the adapters using the provided spring bars or any 22mm spring bars (including BARTON"s 22mm quick release bands). Orient so that the side of the adapter with the three black ovals is face be up and the side with only two black ovals is face down when inserting into Apple Watch
