Owning the Iron Grip Adjustable Gripper 80 EXT is like owning six separate metal hand grippers. This single gripper provides resistance from beginning to professional levels. Stage 1. 51lb (25kg) Stage 2. 79lb (36kg) Stage 3. 104lb (47kg) Stage 4. 128lb (58kg) Stage 5. 152lb (69kg) Stage 6. 176lb (80kg) Extending the handles with the provided add-on parts provides easier handling for people with larger-sized hands. The extension also increases the resistance depending on your grip position which allows you to set various training strengths. AND A SPECIAL BENEFIT FOR OWNERS of the GD Iron Grip EXT 80 or 90. The manufacturer will award special editions of the EXT 90 to 100 people who can close at 80 or 90 kg.
