About Ironwood Gourmet 28690 Long Grain Chop

Made of beautiful Acacia hardwood, our Long Grain Chop Boards are functional, yet elegant due to their unique, rich, shimmering colors. Our small size features a considerable amount of working-space area for comfortable prep work, however due to its lighter weight and smaller size, the board can be easily transported to be used as a serving platter or centerpiece on your dining room table. Exhibiting a warm, rustic appearance, the board will look charming on display in your kitchen, as well as serve its use. **Use & Care** Wash Ironwood Gourmet products in warm, soapy water and thoroughly rinse with clean water. Do not soak. To dry, prop up off of counter to allow all surfaces to air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing it down with Ironwood Butcher Block Oil. Apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.
