This steel boned waist trainer combines breathable comfort with super cinching! The 201 is a 6-panel corset (12 total) with 16 spiral and flat steel bones. This corset fits very close and with just one layer has a bit more give..so you may need to size down. This corset is so comfortable you may forget you have it on-except everyone will notice your fabulous cinched waist! Sizes 20-32.Sizing Guide:As a general guideline, if your natural waist (where you bend side to side) is: -Under 38" select a corset 4-7 inches smaller than your natural waist. -Over 38" select a corset 7-10 inches smaller than your natural waist. As a rule of thumb, we have our customers order 4-7 inches below their natural waist size.
