Canterbury Phoenix Club 8 Stud Rugby Boots - AW16 The Club Phoenix Boot has been redesigned to optimise your performance. Playing on the back row or in the lock these boots are lightweight and sturdy, offering much-needed support on the field. The Phoenix Club 8 Stud Rugby Boots have been developed with a tough, supportive, synthetic upper for those who do the harder yards. Add that to a neoprene tongue and the overall fit of the boot results in a fit that is more in sync with the contours of the feet. The nature of the last employed is more traditional in size, meaning great power distributed through the sole of the shoe when in collision. Canterbury introduce TPU within the sole of the boot as it is more flexible and harder wearing than standard PU; with that in mind this unique material combines lightness, strength, and flexibility with equal aplomb. As mentioned, the stud configuration yields more grip on softer surfaces, whilst concurrently the longer length design of the studs provide enhanced levels of support over more conventional rugby boots. Completed with reinforced engaged heel and arch, further support and improved grip follow suit.
