It has two layers of tightly woven 40d nylon for 100% bug proof protection for anyone up to 6 ft and 250 lbs / 183 cm and 114 kg.. The Jungle Expedition Zip has a double layer bottom with 40 denier nylon for greater mosquito protection and to hold the Radiant Heat Reflecting Double Bubble Pad between the layers and on the correct diagonal. One of the nicest things about the Jungle models is to climb into your hammock with your sleeping bag and not have to think about keeping an insulation pad from moving around under you during the night. NOTE: The double bottom jungle models are designed for temperatures down to 40*F / 4*C. when used with the accessory Double Bubble Heat Reflecting Pad. If you are planning to use a hammock in colder temperatures, we recommend a single bottom hammock with the accessory SuperShelter 4 Season System or one of our 4 Season hammock models as a more flexible choice because additional insulating materials can be added as needed.
