About Superior Flame-Retardant Black Protective Arm
Description Suitable for work around sparks in spot weld applications and more, these flame-retardant sleeves feature a specially engineered combination of black Kevlar and flame-retardant modacrylic wrapped around a composite filament fiber continuous filament core. What does that mean for the wearer? Cut protection with 1700 grams of cut force and ASTM cut-level 4 protection in a sleeve that is flame retardant, comfortable and truly exceptional. The tapered knit fit is combined with our STAYz-UP technology – an elastic armband with polymer dots that essentially eliminates any sliding or slipping of the sleeves. This updated STAYz-UP sleeve technology is sewn in our newly developed SMART-TENSION machine, giving the elastic armband twice the stretch and recovery of our last generation sleeves. The black color aids in hiding stains and the color will not fade in the wash.
