No brag, just fact.” Well, I have to say, it is pretty darn great. I’ll give them that. The flavor is a little sweet with the heat and taste of the habanero pepper. The floor of mango, pineapple, banana, and raisins roll across your taste .buds mixed with the brown sugar, onion, garlic, tomato, salt, and spices, with a hint of vinegar. All of these are blended so well that it’s hard to distinguish one flavor from another, but done with such finesse, you will want more. Since this is a fruit-based hot sauce, I loved using it on grilled jumbo shrimp, fish tacos, and even on a burger with a slice of grilled pineapple. This sauce would be excellent for basting a ham for the holidays. You can make some tremendous hot wings with dirty dicks because the brown sugar will glaze up with a sweet, sweet, fruity flavor and heat. Fantastic job, Richard! I can see why you have won so many awards for your sauce. Taste…10/10 Heat…5/10
