This is an idea running shoe for those making the transition from traditional to minimalist shoe. The thinner sole lets you feel your run, connecting you to the true barefoot running experience. Slide a ruler or steel measure under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the tip of the longest toe (usually the big toe or second toe). Measure you feet towards the end of the day or after a good walk, workout or run. This is when your feet are at their maximum. Toe Socks usually add 1mm all around the foot.
