About Soulo Mute SM7738 Trombone Cup Mute - Adjustable
Soulo Cup Mute offers the best of both worlds - adjustable fiber mute with the classic cup sound! Unlike older cup mutes, which have the same classic sound, but struggle with the pitch, Soulo Cup mute is perfectly in tune in all registers with no 'squirelly' notes. Its lightweight specially formulated fiber composite material allows for minimal back-pressure. Soulo Cup is considerably lighter than other brands but rigid and strong at the same time. It is perfect for performance and sound recordings, as it will never fall out the bell, due to its light weight and unique neoprene composite corks. This adjustable cup also makes for a great trombone straight mute, when completely removing the cup part.
