This product is designed to be tight. If you are between sizes, we recommend going to the larger size. Take the measurement of your thigh and calf 6 inch above and below your kneecap using a flexible type tape measure. Use the diameter you measure here to choose your size. Size is based on three measurements thigh, knee and calf circumference
