Excellence HiColor Red HiLights is a rich, no-drip creme that makes it easy to control creative techniques, and the true-to-shade color resists fading. This hair color is available in Magenta, Red, Copper Red, and Copper. This hair color is perfect for those who want highly-visible, intense red highlights even on dark hair, without brassiness. The breakthrough technology lifts hair 3-4 levels, so no pre-lightening is required. To speed up processing time, use a pre-heated warm (not hot) heat source for up to 15 minutes maximum. Cool for 5 minutes at room temperature. Use exclusively with the recommended oxidant, Oreor 40 volume maximum.
